A year of transformation at Esperance

As we approach the final weeks of 2022, future residents of Esperance are excited to witness the transformation of Esprit, with all final structural elements now complete, as the interior begins to come to life.

In the past month, the community facilities that will host our future residents and support an inclusive and connected lifestyle, are close to completion, with the commercial kitchen now being installed. The joinery for the bar and café is arriving onsite and all internal sheeting is now complete.

Whether you prefer sharing a relaxed morning coffee or sipping an evening beer or cocktail, the community facilities will have an option for every resident.

Excitement is building among our future residents as Level 2 apartments near completion, with the remaining stone benchtops to be delivered and installed prior to Christmas and the carpet early in the new year.

Moving up to Level 3 and 4, which have had the majority of joinery installed and preparation work for flooring installation now underway.  

For our residents on Level 5, 6 and 7, sheeting is being undertaken and the final services are being installed. Bringing the building to life, the exterior render and paint work is nearing completion, with the scaffolding beginning to come down, with the glass balustrades now installed.  

The highly-anticipated podium has been poured and the blockwork for the extensive gardens have begun.

In the new year we will bring more exciting construction milestones, which we can’t wait to share with you.

If you’re interested in what Esperance has to offer, you’ll be pleased to know that there is a limited number of two and three-bedroom apartments remaining within Stage One. Stage Two, Essence, is coming soon.
