Fitting out the future Esperance lifestyle
Living the laid-back coastal lifestyle is one step closer for future Esperance residents, as the second to last Level nears completion.
Construction of Esperance – the Gold Coast’s most luxurious waterfront retirement community – has taken works to another level, as the multi-storey building reaches Level 6, signalling only one Level to go until the roof is installed.
Interior work of the community facilities is also continuing as all internal walls have now been fitted and all the extra comforts start to take place.
Apartment fit outs are being focused primarily on Level 1 to Level 4 with multiple services underway, including installation of framing and sheeting for internal walls, which will line the bespoke waterfront homes.
Sewer connections are also being finalised, which means focus will now move to work on the luxurious community’s podium and the carpark.
Only a limited number of two-bedroom, two-bathroom plus multi-purpose apartments remain within Esperance’s first stage.
