An exciting new chapter begins at Esperance

Esprit is open and it’s already living up to its name! With a lively buzz about, residents are busy moving in and getting ready to start their new chapter.

We’ve been pleased to welcome 70 residents already and it’s great to see the new community coming together and meeting one-another.

From morning coffees in the café, to the gymnasium and pool to work up a sweat, our first residents have already been lapping up the luxury lifestyle on offer.

Residents Ken and Margaret Elliott moved in the day after opening and have already made life-long connections with their fellow neighbours.

“You meet new people every day,” Ken said.

“We met a couple on the second day we moved in and they’re coming around for a coffee this afternoon actually, it’s like neighbours.”

Impressed with the five-star, resort-style amenities, Ken and Margaret have been making the most out of their new lifestyle at Esperance.

“We’ve been to the gym, café, pool, bar and it’s great because it’s got all that, but things like doctors, shops and supermarkets are all really close-by too,” Margaret said.

“We’re pretty active but you can go in and be as active or as in-active as you like,” Ken said.

With residents of Esprit now living it up, buyers are drawing their attention to Stage Two, Essence, with construction already well underway.
