Classic good looks always in style
When you buy an apartment at Esperance, you are investing in a tastefully appointed luxury home showcasing the highest quality materials and classic styling.
The level of bespoke touches is one of the biggest differences between Esperance and other new apartments, according to Katrina Miranda, National Interior Design Lead of Thomson Adsett.
Along with elegant kitchen designs, open-plan living areas and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions making the most of the subtropical climate, expect extra attention to detail in the fittings and finishes.
The designs within Esperance’s first stage, Esprit, include butler’s pantries, beautifully marbled porcelain benchtops and splashbacks, integrated lighting, double vanities, handles with a platinum-like finish throughout and innovative storage space.
“The finer grain details contribute to making these apartments really feel personal, like home,” said Ms Miranda. “This has made it such a great project to work on.”
Esperance residences are available in light and dark colour schemes, depending on your preference. Both schemes are classically styled, with timeless colour choices and textures that will always be fresh.
“Inspired by nature, the soft shades of these colour palettes contribute to the feeling that your home is a retreat, a sanctuary,” said Ms Miranda.
“The colours range from pebble and warm greys to charcoal with metal accents. These are complemented by a range of custom light fittings adding to the uniqueness of the overall design.”
“The schemes have been carefully designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes.”
Ms Miranda said European porcelain benchtops and splashbacks had been selected because of their strength and durability.
“Porcelain is extremely durable and stain resistant making it ideal for kitchens. They also require fewer join lines and have a sleek, thin profile, creating a ‘real stone’ look without the heaviness ,” she said.
“This theme has been carried through to the bathrooms, where full length porcelain panels do away with grout lines.
“The design ethos at Esperance is to create personal and warm living spaces, that are low maintenance yet retain a level of luxury and point of difference through the details.”
