In borrowing from the tradition of the best luxury hotels, our concierge will be located in the lobby of Esperance to greet everyone as they arrive - a little extra reminder that you’re now at home and among friends.
If you need someone to sort out transport, book tickets to your favourite show, or even simply to arrange a kayaking class on our wonderful waterfront, then let our concierge take away the hassle.

Our new Group Operations Manager, Craig Syphers, brings a career in five-star hotel management to our team.

“A focus for me is to implement the best of the five-star hotel experience into Esperance.
“We’re going to have an amazing facility here at Esperance, but it also comes back to our team and the level of service.
“We have a culture that’s very much involved in the community and this is a long-term relationship that we are establishing.
“I love the idea of a lifestyle concierge. First and foremost, it’s about the health and wellbeing of our residents.”
